Description:
Handi Gosht is an ancient dry stew, made up of mutton. Bite-size mutton grilled in nursing onion based sauce, fine flavored with ginger, garlic paste, and black paper.
Suggested Cooking Procedure:
Simmer the chicken for 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thick.
