Refund Process: Once the product is returned, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days or provide the value as store credit to be used in future orders.

Complaints Beyond 48 Hours: Any concerns reported after 48 hours of delivery will be carefully reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Commitments: We strive to deliver orders within the time frame requested by the customer. However, if a delay or non-delivery occurs due to incorrect details provided (such as an inaccurate address, wrong contact information, or customer unavailability), the “Fresh or Free” commitment will not apply.
